Digital Millennium Copyright Act Policy

Welcome to this website. We value the intellectual property rights of others, just as we expect others to respect ours. According to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, a copyright owner or their representative can send us a takedown notice to remove infringing material. As an internet service provider, we can claim immunity under the DMCA’s “safe harbor” provisions.

Notice of Infringement – Claim

  1. A signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent;
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work;
  3. Information to locate the infringing material;
  4. Contact information for the complaining party;
  5. A statement that the use of the material is unauthorized;
  6. A statement that the notification is accurate and the party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

Section 512(f) of Title 17 USC allows for penalties against those who knowingly misrepresent information in a notification of infringement.

Send takedown notices through our Contact page via email for prompt attention.

We may share information in copyright infringement claims with the alleged infringer.

Counter Notification – Restoration of Material

If material is removed due to a copyright claim, you can submit a counter notification including your signature, description of the material, statement under penalty of perjury, and contact information.

Send your counter notice via email for fast processing.

Repeat Infringer Policy

We monitor repeat infringers and terminate their accounts as per DMCA regulations.

Modifications

We reserve the right to change our DMCA policy and encourage you to check back regularly for updates.
